Our Story
From the Frontlines to First Aid Education
SafeHands First Aid Academy was founded on real frontline healthcare experience and a commitment to practical, confidence-building first aid education.
Our lead trainer began a nursing career during the COVID period and worked in fast-paced hospital and high-risk clinical environments, where urgent patient care, teamwork, communication and calm decision-making were part of everyday practice.
Through this experience, it became clear that first aid training should not just be about completing a certificate. Learners need clear guidance, hands-on practice and the confidence to respond correctly when it matters.
SafeHands First Aid Academy was created to bridge that gap by providing high-quality, hands-on first aid training that prepares learners for real emergencies, not just classroom assessments.
Our purpose is simple: when an emergency happens, help should come from someone who is not only certified, but truly capable. We believe every casualty deserves to be in safe hands.

As a registered nurse and experienced trainer, our lead trainer understands both the clinical reality of emergency response and the importance of clear, supportive teaching.
